Ages: 7-14

Description of the practice

Studies all around the world have shown a strong connection between aggressive behaviors and the lack or poor social-emotional skills in the school environment, and not only. Aggressive and violent behaviors are becoming more and more problematic in a world where people are expected to cooperate and maintain healthy relationships with others. Therefore, school (as well as family) has a very important mission in developing strong emotional skills in the young generations, by offering various learning contexts in order to help students become emotionally competent.
