Description of the practice

This guide comprises a collection of teachers' reflections on inclusive pedagogical practices following an Erasmus+ project implemented by the `Constantin G. Marinescu` school in Galati, Romania. The practices are addressing primary and secondary school pupils, particularly those with special education needs, at risk of social and economic exclusion or coming from (re)migrant families.
